After catching a movie at Bukit Indah Mall, we drove to Taman Sentosa, to find some yummy food.
We walk the whole stretch of shop houses, and saw this Bak Kut Teh restaurant, still stewing bak kut teh using charcoal method. The fragrance is alluring and we went in to chope a table.
We order a large mix ingredient bak kut teh claypot, stew braised pig trotters, fu-rong eggs, potato leaves, and stew taopok.
Once you start eating, you can’t stop. The table was silent from talking; you can only hear spoon scooping for more bak kut teh soup, nom nom nom on the pig trotters and Mmmm…
Note: they refill the bak kut teh soup only upon request.
Btw, it is a Sunday, and they close shop at 5pm, do be there early.
